My Summer Glow BeautiKit came with latex gloves for easy application, Beautisol’s Go Slough Yourself exfoliator and the Summer Glow Dark Self-Tanning Lotion, as well as various cards with pump information (how many pumps to use per body part), tips and tricks and a how-to DVD for perfect application. Go Slough Yourself is a wonderful, fine-grain exfoliating cream that worked wonders to remove dead skin before I slapped on the tan.
The product comes out dark brown with a moisturiser-gel consistency. When you rub it on your skin, it’s not exactly clear where the tan has gone, making it a bit hard for blending, but if you’re smart about it and use your sense of touch, the outcome is great. 
There is no orange result with Beautisol. It’s a completely natural-looking deep drown tan that lasts about five days if taken care of properly. There’s also no blending issues with the end result and it’s easy to build up colour through re-application.
A thorough and fabulous little summer glow pack that I’ll be using again and again through the sunny days!
